Franklin Schargel, author of 162 Keys to School Success, shares some of his highly practical insights for school success and raising achievement in America’s schools. The secret to doing so, he says, is for school leaders to focus on three keys: one, school leaders themselves need to be the best they possibly can be; two, they need to hire the best; and three, they need to train, inspire and retain the best.
